How to input 4 digit port numbers onto spiderbox

    Hi

Can anyone help? Trying to input a 4 digit port number but it wants 5 digits. There must be a way around this? Same problem with Blade. On the blade even tried using the file on a usb but it added a 0 to the front to make it 5 digits and it didn't work.

    Any help appreciated.

    Thanks

you add a zero on the front to make it 5 digits (same on all boxes)

    so port 9999 becomes 09999

    as simple as that

doesnt change my answer, all numbers have zeros in front of them and behind them , so what I said is mathematically correct and is actually correct

9999 is also 0009999000 , its just that we tend not to show the zeros but they are there

in your case 9218 would be 09218 , 8795 would be 08795 etc, same with all satellite boxes

if they were using the standard 12000 default then no zeros would be placed in front (although they are there)

the fact it didnt work for you doesnt make it untrue, it just means you have an additional problem , so fixing the port number may not fix your problem
