blade 8000 question

Hi, I have this box and I am trying to do my own channel list, my question is how do I download to a usb pen drive the current channel list that is on at the moment on the receiver? I can see the online option to download the channel list from online into the box but not from the box to the usb pen..... It might well be in front of my eyes but I can not see it.......

Thanks for the reply, I found it at the end, a bit confusing in my opinion because is under upload option and I was looking for download.... me being thick...
external device / file manager / press info for upload file / a new window will appear with the options SAVE DBM / SAVE KEY / upload CSinfo / upload IPTV(M3U)

Anyway the software Blade recommend (DBMEdit) for editing the channel list is it me or is "a bit pants".... the file is a CDBM extension, is there another compatible one.....
