Do you still have both LNB cables connected to both boxes?
If not, then the box might be trying to use the dish2 connection when tuning to certain channels.
As you can no longer record, now that you have cancelled your subs, it might be worth trying the "single feed mode". You only need your LNB cable connected to the dish1 connector.
Press "services" button. Press 001. Press "select". You should now see a menu giving you the option to turn single feed mode on or off.
Leave your card in the box, as it will give you a few extra channels (Sony Movies (& +1), Sony TV (& +1), Motors TV)
M8 that worked perfectly, I still don't have BBC news which I think is the only freeview channel I do not have but zapping from BBC one to Sky news now works without any 'no satellite signal being received' message.
