    Is it possible???

Hi guys back on here after a while and firmly grounded in Cable side of things !
    HOWEVER!!
I have recently started trading the Horses on BetFair using Bet trader Pro from racingtraders.com. the link is an affiliate one I read the rules but think I am withing them?

I would like to know if the racetech feed is now accessible via any decoder boxes and what you experienced guys think would be the best setup for recieving sports channels and hopefully the racetech feed??

    Thanks

    hi mate..

the only racing channels i know of is SIS, which is available on some cardshare servers.. you would hve to use google to help you though as its not an open subject here..

Racetech just seem to provide the OB service.. You would need to looking at receiving Turf TV on 33E.. i think SIS needs quite a big dish though.. both packages are encrypted..

      thanks monkey appreciate the response!!!

yeah the SIS, turf tv and racetech are all encrypted as I understand racetech uses an encryption that has yet to be cracked although I am told some of the races aren't encrypted!
so if you can get the satellite up you can view a few races!? and wath the commentators smoking and chatting, picking there noses etc! LOL
the satellite has an odd orbit though and bobs above and below the equator as I understand! you need a dish that can move left and right as well as up and down! can anyone tell me the name of this sort of orbit? and tracking ?
racetech supply the unpolished feed as I understand it? I was in touch with someone many moons ago who had a racetech guy supply him a system it used some sort of very expensive nokia box! but I lost touch and his e-mail!!

      Never mind

so what sort of equipment would you recommend?

      Thanks

sorry to budge in. But is this channel different to the ones available on sky uk, 28.2e?

Or are these american races which are on below the horizon satellites?

Atr and ruk do the American races just after the British ones! The satellite one I'm refering to is the feed direct from the race tracks as in a raw one before the glitzy sh1t has been added by sis etc! It'll be the fastest feed possible to get. Ie minimal delay!!

They were mostly encrypted in 2,005. The existence of the feeds was kept fairly low key but somebody started selling the kit and talking about it on Betfair.

It's common knowledge that people are using raw sis feeds over the net now the pics are going via cable.

                SIS tv

                Hi,
SIS pictures are about 4 seconds late. If you want to put Lay bet on horse that unseated his rider, and you have your mouse on that horse - there is no time to put Lay bet.
If there is an option to get raw Racetech feed - I will buy that guy a new car - whatever he chooses. [email protected]
