Plex is not about making money it's about sharing. Why should anyone pm you there username so that you can add their content (if they have any) and then charge people to watch it. If they don't have there small personal server set up properly it will rape their bb upload. In my opinion plex should go no further than family and friends with no charge. And before you come up with usual do you even know how much time it takes to organise and set up that's why I'm charging. Yes I do know hence my suggestion it should never be charged for.
