Rai AfriKa on Hotbird

I was hoping someone would know how to view Rai Africa 3 on Hotbird.It used to be open with BISS keys,yet it changed its encryption.Anybody know the best way to open this channel?If anybody has friends in South Africa who can get their hands on an expired Multi choice viewing card,maybe they could put it up for sale on an auction site.Even if its an expired card,it may open up the channel using the correct CAM.Please advise if you have any ideas?Thanks
