Hi Your best bet is to do a blind scan as this way you should get correct frequencies and channels. If you scan using normal scan you will only scan frequencies which are valid within current list but blind scan will tune in all available frequencies. That is the reason why you are getting different results as your current frequency list varies and is not up to date. I would personally delete all the current frequencie(TP's) and then do a blind scan which will give you an updated list.

in my opinion, doesnt matter, you either scan the lot, or you scan the transponders you are interested in, most people would scan them all in , hence the reply about a blindscan

they are all in the same spot, so nobody cares to split them up, we tend to grab everything from each sat position

Hi As already mentioned it does not matter what the satellite name is called as a blind scan will scan and insert all frequencies/channels found. Blind scans are usefull for a number of reasons like finding football feeds which are not always listed under Lyngsat or kingosat etc thats why i prefer doing blind scans rather then relying on web sites. A blind scan is also a good tool for telling you if dish is aligned correctly by the number of transponders/channels found. It is also a good practice to delete all current transponders before doing a blind scan..this way you should end up with only valid transponders only.

              Regards.
