TP changes to Horror +1/CBS Action/Extreme Sports

The above 3 channels have now moved transponder from 11222 H to 11389 H.

Also ESPN HD & BnanzaBnanza are now on that transponder

What's the best way to get these channels back? the Pa in law has an F5 and likes his CBS action,but after doing a full blind scan,putting the latest channel list on and even trying to manually change the settings from 11222 H to 11389 H I was still getting an invalid program search?It kept saying 11389 already exists? so glad i moved to Enigma 2 it seems so much less hassle!Anyway do you think another blind scan will sort it as this all happened last friday!any help will be appreciated.

Hi. if the blind scan did not find it it could be your dish may be out of alignment. If you go into the TP list does it give you a good signal for that transponder?? Also if it says it already exists try to delete it and add it again and scan.

If it says already exists, it means that you are trying to "add" a TP to the list that is already there.

There's no need for a full blind scan, you only need to scan 1 transponder. Go to menu > installation >TP list. Scroll to 11389H. Press OK. Press OK again to search. It should find the above channels. They will appear at the end of the "all channels" list. The original channels will still be in the same position in the channel list & won't work, so you need to use the ones near the end of the list.

Don't install a channel list after you have done this, as it will overwrite the channels you have just found.

Having said all that, AJ has just realeased a new channel list today, with the above channels working.

ok thanks guys,as i said it's my father in laws box and he relys on a channel list to find said CBS channel.I'm just trying to keep him happy.It just baffled me as I'd not used the box for a few years.I really appreciate your help many thanks,Alien.
