db help

hi can some one tell me what the db and the green signal bar should be at as im having some trouble!!! some channels are fine and other are freezing constantly and how do I sort this out thanks

Hi What box, satellite and channels are talking about. The higher the signal bar the better the quality should be. If some channels are very good and others are not then it could be an alignment issue.

hi thanks for your reply I do think its a alignment problem as the builders must of knocked it when work was being carried out so I have a sky guy coming round with his machine to put it right im using a dr hd d15 box with sly channels some have good signal and other freeze like movies and sports but itv and bbc channels are fine
