protek 9720hd ip reciever

Please can anyone help i have a protek 9720hd ip reciver straight from box i need help setting it up any software i have tried downloading a message comes up software broken,so unable to load to key,as this is a new box straight from the box need pointing in right direction in oder to get reciever up and running so i can watch sat programmes.

Yeah Boris should be flashed on the box pal.

it has been done but i have scanned channels on to box atachted to router but nothing were am i going wrong,plz help

these boxes are sold with a gift package,if you have a working connected lan bouquet should update your viewable channels via blue button.
cant talk much more on subject as in forum rules.
