Can anyone give me some advice and Guidance

Satelite is not my thang, I'm a Cable guy, however, the dragon in law as Sly and has lost some channels Sky Prem and Sky Prem +1, Sly have asked for a call out charge (robbin gits) to have a look, they are blaming the box (a loose wire) how does that work when she has all the other channels??

Is there some way to reboot the system or something to check whats what and why she isnt getting these channels.

might be dish alignment issue, what other channels is she missing?

If she is missing modern greats, sky premiere , sky premiere+, sky screen 2 they are all on same transponder and could be 1 reason why your missing those channels and not others.

No other channels missing, just them 2???, they went a couple of days ago, everything else works perfect, plus dish is screwed to wall some 50 foot in the air, So I WONT be checking that .

50 ft what is it on a block of flats ,and if it is sly will charge you more than 65 quid to go up there and have a look

just threaten to cancel the subscription. tell them you don't see why you should pay for channels that you're not getting, see if that encourages them to send an engineer out for free. anything is worth a try!
