I have a gift on my Open box v8s with updated software to a Sky box.
Can I transfer the gift to the Zgeema box and is the uploading procedure the same?

You can but the procedure is totally different and without getting into conversation about Gifts and Cams i would suggest you do some research into the Dreambox section on this forum and how to FTP to the receiver as this is what you will need to do for what you are asking
