In the market for a new Tv Box

Hello Folks, I currently use a Skybox F3, pretty basic but does more than the job, I have had it for about 3-4 years and would like to upgrade or change it to something new and improved, I'm just wondering if some of you folks who would know more about quality of boxes could give me some suggestions as to what to go for, I would like something faster and more reliable, potentially even something that can pause or record the tv, I don't want to break the bank but I would pay good money for something If I felt it would satisfy my needs.

Any suggestions would be more than welcome regardless of price just fancy a change...........................................

    Kind Regards

    Ryan D

Gigablue quad+ gets my vote. Same chipset as solo2, roughly the same price but with 2 additional plug and play tuner slots and a pretty front lcd display. Takes internal hdd and has gigabit lan. No image support for blackhole but I find the button layout messy for blackhole anyway. Also has no fan so runs quieter with no significant overheating. Mines has been running 24/7 in a good ventilation position for around a year and no issues that haven't been created by me testing stuff.
