Blade Media 8000 frezzing prob

I have a blade 8000 which is less than a year old and within the last 4 months my menus and controls keep freezing so i cannot change channels or even use remote i just get randon user guide pics on screen and a complete freeze.
to get it to work again i have to switch off power & then back on which then makes it all fine again and i can use remote and menu, This may be fine for about an hour & then it will freeze again.
Also i have a picture stuttering and freeze on a lot of channels except terrestrial channels every 20 secs or so and freeze lasts about 5 seconds, I dont know if this is related to menu freeze or whether it is a different problem.
Any help figuring this out would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

Try to either firstly upgrade your current firmware or perhaps downgrade to a more stable version

Hi i upgraded the firmware to latest stable one and freezing is still happening whichever firmware i use anymore suggestions that could be causing this ? i have 96% quality on signal so now im guessing what it could be and searching everywhere on forums but no definite answers. Any other suggestions?

Just foe testing purposes have you tried actually running the machine on Factory stock firmware in other words official firmware with no patches and see if you encounter the same problems, A process of elimination is required to see if the actual machine is faulty or perhaps a corrupted firmware
