    Dish size?

    Hi guys, anybody any idea what size dish is required for Hispasat 30w,i currently live in Southern Spain...any info greatly recieved thanks in advance..............................Ted

      If so, then look to the bottom of the page in link below to get the strongest transponder for Hispasat 30W.

        hispasat is a stong satellite so i would think it wont need to be
        any bigger than a 80cmif you look on kingofsats at the beams
        it will show you the dish size you need at your position
        the image i added is a bit small but it shows between 60cm and 80cm
        for spain

            It all depends where you live; for instant if you live on top of mountain’s sites a basic disk will do the job bottom of the tress you need over 110 cmif the best in the market.

              it works using a sly zone 2 59cm here in the uk, so that size or bigger should work fine in spain, seeing as its for spain !

                The links above I find confusing (probably not the sites fault).

                I like this one as it gives a decent overview of a satellite footprint and even recommends a dish size when you click on a zone.
