If true and at present you're the only person I've seen reporting this on any forum, then just change broadband providers....simples

Seeing at present the big match been screened is the gunners v the mancs, if BT were up to no good this and other forums would be awash with other BT broadband user's questions on why their box ain't working.

Perhaps try the basics, router and openbox off at the plug then back on and see if network apps work ie youpo*n or weather apps work, if they work then contact your provider and ask him some questions.

Buy a better box then. Even zgemma s2 (one of the cheapest e2 boxes) has been showing no signs of issues except when lots of users were switching sports off at around 1620
