None as far as i am aware are available at the moment although the VU+ 4K Solo should be released shortly, I am sure you are aware that the BT Sport Ultra HD channel is not available via any Satellite platform and is distributed via BT's Infinity2 Fibre broadband service (IPTV).
There are some channels launched already i believe on 19.2? east which are free to air 4K channels.
Just a word of warning especially if thinking about the VU+ i know that the standard for 4K has changed at least 4 times in under 18 months the last change was for HDMI 2.0A to allow for encryption and the dust has not settled yet, If it where me i would hold of any purchase until at least next year to see what happens in the market. BT already have there 4K offering available.
It does look as though 'Sly' have held back to see what happens on the format change as i am sure they would have had an offering already released as well as some form of channel, Maybe they are also waiting for everything to calm down before finalising any sort of STB release

Here's an option for you. If you need to see the test channel install the latest vlc and .265 codec to a laptop/pc then use the webif function on the box to stream to puter. Don't forget to change the channel setting from data to tv using dbe or your preferred channel editor of it won't show up in the services on webif to allow you to stream it
