    Turk sat

    hi all just had someone ask me to install there dish for turkish tv ,having never fitted it before ,i need to know which sat i need to be aiming at ,is it turksat 42w or is there another sat that i should be using ?

    you have 42east & 7east for digi-turk so the choice is down to the custom

        yeah more or less. maybe just not a few channels like promos.

          put him on 7e..its a strong signal...also this package is open on the protek m8....i watch the odd game on lig tv and the picture quality
          is amazing..and the audio and crowd noise is really loud and is tons better than most providers...

              aaah..then maybe if you put him on the wrong sat his chnls wont open??...but as far as i know the package is the same just on different sats...so maybe worth a try....7e a bit higher in the sky though and a bit less prone to l.o.s probs...

                he needs to find out which stb he has as 42 east is a different package from 7 east....have a look at lyngsat

                  im just off now to go and fit this dish, just update my meter with latest sats so at least i should be able to find both sats and i will let you guys know what happened when i get back
