Satellite LNB set up.

My satellite dish has a 4 way LNB on it but the cable coming from it is only a single cable so I'm going to replace it with a twin cable so I can use it with my Zgemma 2S, is it just a case of using any two ports on the LNB or does it have to be two certain ones?
thank you and sorry for all my posts over last few days asking for help, just want to make sure I do things right.

Any two ports on the quad LNB will do.
