Hi. Its very easy to re-align dishes but you need to make sure its safe for you to do it dont take risks . have you tried to realign the dish via the motor menu using 1.2 protocol as this may save you the hassle of going up a ladder etc. As you are getting 32 signal on Hotbird then best thing to try is the following:
1) Send dish to Hotbird - make note of frequency which is giving you the 32 signal ie 10992V s/r 27500
2) Go into motor menu and set it to 1.2 protocol with satellite name of Hotbird and frequency as in step 1.
3) using your remote move dish manually a couple of clicks left and right and see if signal quality goes up or down.
4) If signal quality improves then store it and channels should open. Then repeat same procedure for other satellites .
5) If signal quality does not improve then it means your dish is too low and needs to be tilted up a fraction until you get correct signal quality.
6) If you are in London area i can come and sort it out for you but have a go yourself (safety permitting) as its quite easy to do
really.
