BlackBox 500

got this old box not had it pluged in for a while but when I plug it incant get past a white screen with tv logos in background so I was going to flash it but 1.forgot how to do it .2. cant get into the menu because its stuck to get ip for box can any 1 help thanks

Its a DM500 i think so flash it via the serial port on the rear with commando image

just says blackbox 500 but to flash thought I would need the ip of box but I cant access the menu on the box so there for I cant

serial port or another name for it RS232 port on the rear of the receiver flash it that way
