satellite glitching and freezing when there is wind

Hi i have noticed when there is windy weather i start getting freezing and tuned failed message on my satellite it,s motorised system controlled by v-box-11 how can i get this fixed or for start with whats causing it before it was fine

I would say your pole on which the dish sits is loose and therefore moves about in heavey wind. You need to secure your pople firmly with some decent brackets to prevent it moving.
