AMIKO ALIEN TRIPLE TUNER

hi all got a alien triple tuner box . having a slight problem. its saying tuner failed on bbc1, 2 utv region channels here in n ireland . running e2 vix4 blue. the auto bouquet has them number correctly an in correct order but when i do a full scan it wont pick any n.ireland channels up ??? bbc london , scotland all work fine just the ni ones that are not working . they work fine tho on my old 8140 ?? any idea thanks

check on kingofsat for movement and/or correct tp info as 2 of my channels were not fixed with abm only a channel scan did.
