Blade BM7000s - Flickering HD channels?

Hello folks

For quite a while now all my HD channels on my blade box have been flickering.
They sometimes seem to even turn the box display off until I manage to change to an SD channel.

I'm just wondering if there is a known fix for this before I get rid of the thing and swap it for a different box.

strange that one its been happening to my box too

the HDMI output on my old blade 7000 had intermittent problems for some time, even going black screen , yet the scart was fine

in the end I changed to a linux vu box and never looked back

Change the video output from the settings menu to 1080i (as opposed to 1080p). Fixed the flickering for me.
