Zgemma star h1 tuner B not working

Guys i'm new to this and setting uo my Zgemma star h1 all seemed well. i have l have flashed with vix and for some reason when recording the other channels are greyed out except for 5 channels all being bbc ones ?. when i do auto scan in service searching on tuner b it finds over 900 channels and right at the end i comes up with error and wont store .all is fine with the cables and work perfectly with sky any ideas thanks inadvance

Have you set tuner A to loop through to tuner B ?

Not meaning to offend, but you have posted this in the satellite sub forum so have to ask the question;
Tuner b on a h1 is a cable tuner only, so if you connect a satellite feed to it, it won't work.

No offence taken i'm learning as i'm going it would make sense i connected a f connector via rf plug to tuner B thanks anyways

Read martins post mate its a cable tuner not a sat

As mentioned earlier, you have got the wrong box for twin sat feed.

You need to change the box for a Zgemma 2S , the 2S means two Sat feeds.
