Zgemma H.2s stuck in standby

Hi I new to this I'm after some advice please I have a zgemma h.2s box was working ok with a sky image on, I had a issue the box was turned off and will not come out of standby, ive unplugged all leads left it off for a while but will not boot.
I have formatted a new usb fat 32 put the zgemma file on to the stick and into the back of the box to try and re flash but all iget is the red light.
any help would be very much appreciated thanks

If possible get hold of some more USB stick drives as the Zgemma can be very fussy with boot flashing via USB and try them all until hopefully one works.

ive tried 3 different usb all fat32 with 2 different images, but the box wont flash or boot just stays in standby, I'm just doing a full format on a stick then will try this image

What does it say on the front LCD display when you turn the box on?
