zgemma h.2s help

hi all got the new h2 but having problems setting up tuner b on it.. the last box i had witch was the zgemma s2 i could equal tuner b to tuner a. but cant seen to do that on this. when i try to record it records but when i change channal i get a black screen. im thinking i can only record what im watching..also i have 2 sky feeds going in to the box ...... had a reply on another site saying..



i think the h2 is sat & cable box so you need a cable feed for one of the tuners ? .... can any one comfirm this is 100% correct

Taz, the H2S is a dual satelitte box.

As to why tuner B won't configue, ensure
1. Sat cables in correct port on rear of Zgemma
2. You're using an Image made for the H series of Zgemma's as the old Zgemma images don't work on the newer Zgemmas

got a Zgemma h.2s last week,trying to find a solution to Lipsync problems
The supplier of the box has been very good,I had a skybox f3 previous ad can not fault advise and support,but was thinking I may get help on here,as I have asked loads of questions to supplier
does anyone else have Lipsync probs,and if so any ideas how to fix it?

What image and what version of the image. If the sync is on premium channels only then we can't help with that as it is usually caused by trying obtain subscription tv from someone other than the broadcaster.
