Blade 7000s issue

I have the latest patched firmware on my blade 7000s, has been working a treat, ******** and now i can not access the 9991 menu. i am fairly new to this box having bought it with 3 months line remaining on it, and never had any problems. i know i need to sub a new line, but im confused why i cant get into the hidden menu, Any ideas on why this is??

have you ever been able to access the box using 9991 ? yourself ?

if not, maybe its been protected by an unknown pin code ?

if yes, then maybe somebody has changed the pin code from 9991 ?

once the box has been patched then 9991 is the normal access to that hidden menu
