    Can't find 1W

    Hi,

I set up my motor earlier this evening, so far I have managed to get 28.2E, 19.2E, 16.0E, 13.0E, 9.0E, 7.0E and 4.8E...
    But I can't find 1W
Is it down? I've tried transponders 11325H and 11229H but can't see any signal.
    Any advice appreciated!

(Setup is TM5400 Super, TM-2300 Motor and 1M dish, in North-West Ireland)

    Thanks,
    John.

I have checked this morning and the dignal is really strong here in NW England, in fact I have just locked onto some Nordic beam frequencies which I had previously been unable to receive.

The elevation is slightly out on your dish.

dont forget the fine tune botton in motor setup.but 5 west or 8 west should be strong .all yours are east is there anything in way.

as "fearona" says either your elevation is out or your pole is not 100% plumb or one of the other settings are not quite right,it sounds as if you are just not tracking the arc properly as you should get from 42E to 30W no trouble if you have an unobstructed view.

Thanks for the replies lads, I'll double check my settings when I get a chance.
When I was getting 4.8E at 90-92% I thought I'd be able to get Thor no problem, damnit!
Looks like I need to tweak it a bit!
