zgemma star s new image problem

hello being trying to put a new image on two new zgemma s boxes when i boot the box it says usb but then it goes to boot after a few seconds
i have tryed different images to rule that out no joy
i have also used different usb and used a sandisc on as i no these boxes
can be fussy with which usb used .
when i dont do boot up without the usb it jusy constantly loads and goes back to 00 and strts again.
i can connect via dcc and lets me look at all files.
i have ruled what i can out or could i try flash it via dcc?.
any advice is welcomed thanks.

When it says 'USB' on the front press the power button on the front panel.

Hold the power button on the front and switch on the box, it will say boot then usb as soon as usb appears let go of the power button it should now say flash. Also make sure you have only the zgemma folder on the USB containing the image.

thanks i new about that but never ad to to it before and done a few boxes what a firking knob i am just did not enter my mind thanks
