Satalite Query

I have a S** satalite in a non cable area and was wondering if there is anyway that i can install a dream*** to enable me to get FR** S** channels?

I have heard that this is only possible to cable areas only is this correct and if this is not the case how can i go about installing a dream*** to enable me to watch FR** channels?
