IS IT POSSIBLE TO CLEAR RAI UNO ???

Hi all i am new to this forum, thanks for having me

Is there anyway to clear Rai Uno when it scrammbles FTA programmes such as the Italy games ?? i know its due to rights with it being shown outside of italy, is there a patch or a key to get around this ??

you can get the rai chns open if you have a cam
dragon/t-rex diablo etc: and i'm sure there are files
for a funcard about. the technomate patch opens these chns
if your box is patchable will the latest patch open these chns
