Zgemma 2s tuning problem.

Using vix image (not a backup image) ive used most other zgemma's first time using 2s.
Problem is i do a Autoscan and don't find any movie's on 28.2e.Both tuners set to 28.2e.
Also tried Vhannibal plug in using quadri.
Also used Autoboquet maker.the list's have movie's but says tuned failed.
i know its not the info going on the box (if you know what i mean)
as tried on another box and channel's open.
could this be a tuner issue?
tried it in two houses so not the dish

Try turning 'send diseqc' to yes in the tuner configurations for tuner A then set tuner B 'equal to tuner A'

Forgot to say, make sure you have the satellite cables plugged into the correct port on the back of the zgemma 'LNB In' and 'Tuner A In'

ok thanks for that,ive just tried it at my parents house,using just tuner A alone.
But had the same result.
i changed diseqc to yes but got no signal on all channels.
still had it tuner A & B set to 28.2e not sure if that would effect it whilst just using tuner A.

Have you tried the single cable into Tuner B only and then run ABM

No i have not digicon,i did try to auto tune sat dish in sat settings but it came up with tune fail on 28.2e.
this was on both tuner's.
bt sports ect works just no movies.
will give that a go tomorrow.
at girlfriends now.

found these drivers on another forum so say they fix the problem.
how do i load these to box is it via usb?Capture.PNG

If you using just one satellite cable into the box then you need to connect it to tuner A and in the settings set tuner B to 'not configured'
