Sky Digital Box dead

My Sky Digial Box has just died!
The box turns on but it just says that it is not recieving a signal?
After a few checks I found that I am not receiving a voltage at the LNB,from either LNB connection on the back of the box?
I am using Sat free view for tonight using the same dish/lnb which is working fine.

Does anyone have a sugestion as to what the problem might be?
If I dont get it sorted I will contact SKY tomorrow but I wonder long I might need to wait for a replacment?

Try a powering down the sky box...if not try a factory reset if all fails contact sky.

yeah,turn box off at the wall (or pull mains cord out of box) then while holding the backup button in on the box turn power back on keep the backup button held in till you get "downloading" message on the TV.it takes a while but it may sort it.
if you are not using the same cable as the freesat box make sure all connections are sound.
