    OK, the Zgemma h.2s is a twin tuner box so we need to ensure your sat feed is in correct port and tuner B disabled

    1. Connect sat feed to 'Tuner A in'
    $_86.JPG
    2. Diasble tuner B by press Menu-setup-service searching-tuner configuration, select Tuner B and scroll to 'Not Config'

    Right next to get latest ABM on your Zgemma

    3. Go to menu-plugins then press red to remove installed plugins find 'autobouquetmaker' and remove old version
    4. Go to menu-plugins then press green to install plugins find autoboubouquetsmaker' and install latest version
    5. Go to autoboubouquetsmaker in setting and select 'delete bouquets'
    6. Go to autoboubouquetsmaker in setting and select 'start scan'

    This will remove those Non working BT HD channels and get your SD BT, Music and P@rn channels to work.

      Could be a problem with the communal feed system have you asked any neighbours in the apartment block if they are experiencing the same issues, even better take it into another apartment and try there feed

          My bad, when you describe the tune fail I thought you were using Autobouquetsmaker, how did you first setup the channels, did you do a blind scan or use any other plugin? if you used another plugin ie autobouquetsE2? then best remove it via menu-plugins red to remove.

          Anyway to setup ABM so that you can 'delete and scan' bouquets do the following;

          Menu-setup-service searching-Autobouquetsmaker-config
          ? Schedule scan to ‘No’ if doing manual scans or ‘Yes’ if you want auto scans and a time to scan
          ? Include 'Non Indexed' to 'Yes'

          Menu-setup-service searching-Providers to the following;
          ? Freesat -No
          ? Sky ROI -Yes
          ? Sky ROI Area-ROI HD
          ? all other Sky ROI-No
          ? Sky UK-Yes
          ? Sky UK Area- Scroll right to get ‘your area’ custom ie mine’s Scottish East Custom this will replace all none working HD channels with their working SD conterparts
          ? Sky UK FTA only-No
          ? Sky UK Gen main Bouquets-Yes
          ? Sky Uk Gen Section Bouquets-Yes
          ? Sky UK swap channels-Yes
          ? All others-No
          ? Menu-setup-service searching-ABM-Hide Sections, select what bouquets you want to hid (I select all the Sky ROI bouquet, as there included by the Non Indexed option)
          ? Menu-setup-service searching-ABM-Delete Bouquets
          ? Menu-setup-service searching-ABM-Start Scan ,this will add all the relevant channels for your area

                  ensure you have selected 'Tees Custom' not 'Tees HD' in the sky uk area and change

                  menu-setup-service searching-autoboubouquetsmaker-configure-
                  Setup mode-expert
                  keep all non-ABM bouquet to 'No'
                  then rescan
