New ZGEMMA H.2H Combo HD Receiver Help please

ok guys new box came to day and thanks for the links, 3 days now i have asked a Q there and still no reply so hope someone can help here , ok hooked up box to tv i get boot logo on box lcd then numbers goto 99 and then i get a on screen logo open atv then all i get after that is a black screen cant get into manu or nothing anyone know whats going on please ????

Have you tried flashing with a new image

although your model H,2H is not listed it should still work with just setting up your tuner configuration

thanks for taking time to reply digicon , no still looking to find an IMG that i can use sat & cable at same time , just dont won't to rush into it now know what iam doing and end up with a brick

Martin's image will do both sat and cable the Zgemma H series all share the same image so it will work on the H.S,H.2S & H.2H

Similar to how the Edision Os mini range are 1 image does all 3 receivers, you just need to alter the Tuner configuration part

thanks for all your help so far m8 i now have sly working just cant get cable going ?? iam i right in saying the first 5 numbes are the net id Dublin (Ireland) NTL 42753 363.000 6.887 ??? and do i need to add the fec and SR anywhere ????

Use the ABM feature of the image enter your net ID: 42753 and Scanning frequency: 6887 and let the ABM do the rest

mine was same, box set to 1080 and my tv would only display 720 so had to plug up to mates tv and drop resalution
