Channel / EPG Issue

Hi folks ...

I'm only on day 2 with my Zgemma H2S box so please be gentle.
I had a green arrow flashing on my banner thing so it updated something.
Now when I press FAV and go to Sports the " Normal " channels have been replaced by the "HD" channels that I understand no longer work ..... what have I done and how can I get it back to how it was ?

You need to let us know a bit more;
1. What firmware are you using ie Openatv or Openvix
2. Are you using any channel compilers ie Autobouquetsmaker or autobouquetsE2

I think its Openvix and its got Autobouquetsmaker 2.4

Ok, go to autobouquetsmakers config menu and;
update config files

then

select providers and change
Sly UK:area to 'your area' custom (ie my area is Scottish east custom)
then in the autobouquetsmakers config menu select 'start scan'

also as your using openvix I advise not to do any software updates as this firmware uses patched software which could cause problems or corrupt your zgemma.
