Zgemma h2s strange one!

Hi guys.I have sky plus box plugged into hdmi1 and zgemma plugged into hdmi2..if I'm using zgemma and then switch to sky and then back to zgemma I get blank screen.I have to reboot box and then pic comes in!!I've tried switching HDMI ports and I've also tried a different HDMI lead but still the same..I don't want to be constantly rebooting box to get pic...any ideas????slightly confused!!

Update: when sky box is plugged out all works!

Sounds like the Voltage from the official box is overiding something on your TV HDMI board, As you are probably aware all HDMI are powered so best not to keep switching leads and plugging/un-plugging while items are switched on as you could cause more damage

Tks digicon..I've tried plugging in PS 4 and all works OK..I've also tried another zgemma and its the same doesn't work???a problem between TV and zgemma boxes???lg TV

when switching to zgemma box if pressing menu on remote do you get anything on tv screen?

is your setup ok for tv like 1080i 1080p 720p?

Nothing on screen..but if I power off TV and power back on.. picture comes in!!but then if I switch to hdmi1 and back to hdmi2 pic gone!!!it has me totally confused.
