recording issues

hi,i have just upgraded from a skybox f5 to a zgemma h.2s,i have connected the two cables from the sky dish to the box as shown in the instructions given with the box,i have inserted a 64gb sandisk usb ,when i record a programme i get a black screen on other channels i try to watch ,the cables are ok, iam using vix and CCcam 2.3.0,the tuner settings are :-
tuner a;bcm7346 (internal) (dvb-s2) advanced

tunerb;avl6211(dvb-s2) not configured

are these settings ok or am i set up wrong,thanks in advance,hatchet123

You need to change tuner B to 'Equal to tuner A' also ensure that you have initialised your 64gb Sandisk and have the correct record path.

These setting are for openatv but you should find similar in the vix menus

Menu-setup-system-storage devices-Initialisation, Select your drive and format it
Reboot
Menu-setup-recordin&timeshift-recording-default movie location /media/hdd/movies
