How to restore H2H from backup

Help!

My H2H wasn't booting so I've had to reflash, which has gone okay.

I have a backup on my hard drive, which the system doesn't want to recognise.

I can see that the backups are there, using dream explorer. They're in a fullbackup_zgemmah2s folder.

How do I apply these backups?

Update: I managed to suss this one out.

The full system backups are of the kind that martin035 has posted. You take the 'zgemma' folder, put it on your fat32 USB and away you go.

Or you can do this;
Menu-setup-software management-flash online/local
Then press Blue press Yellow select the drive your 'fullbackup_zgemmah2s' folder is on enter each folder inside until you find 'rootfs.bin' file and press Green, it will then flash without the need of a USB drive.
