Internet problems linked to zgemma h.2s

Hello. I changed from an openbox v8s to a zgemma h2s this week. The box is up and running and I'm really pleased with it, but when it's switched on other devices in my house struggle to keep an Internet connection. I've turned the box off at the wall and all other devices are fine so it's definitely linked to the zgemma box.

Box is connected to the router through home plugs, I have sly fibre broadband and never had any problems before.

    Can anyone help?

From your previous posts I know that your using my backup image and that your provider remote connected to your zgemma to finalise your setup. I suspect your using an incorrect/older version soft*** for your magic. Follow the instructions I gave you last time to correctly set these things up.

Good luck and remember the forum rules before posting any more questions on this subject.

Aye, his provider could have changed that, but I'm sure the OP uses the C type if you know what I mean.

Just a quick update, I'm gonna wait for assistance again coz I can't really get my head around what I need to do and don't want to breach forum rules by discussing banned topics. Thanks for your help.

I seem to have sorted it by resetting my router to default settings.
