    moving from cable n3...

    Hello, hope you don't mind me asking for help. not wanting it all spoon fed to me but just a little pointer in where to go. Moving from cable due to n3 but can we actually receive free channels on sly or not? if so how do i go about it...

    hi dan you will have to do alot of reading first, General Satellite TV then if you decide on a dreambox here Sat Dreambox or if you want a technomate here Technomate it is not as easy as abc mate. whilst your doing that stick with your kryptview until n3/iptv or whatever comes upon us but sly tv is not a very good option to go for on satellite as this is like fort knox to get into

      unlike cable you cant get the channels from astra 2 for free
      with a satellite receiver, you can google c/s, if you can set it up
      and join a circle you could get the chns that way,
      and thats all we are allowed to say about on the c/s subject

        Hi dan,if your going to get a dish with a motor,dont get a dish under a meter in size,if in uk m8.Receiver there quite a few to pick from,azbox seems to be getting better atm.Still a few bugs but thay seemed to be getting ironed out with new firmwares.
