    Gigablue quad plus VIX Crashing

I previously had openvix latest image on my gigablue-quad plus but for some unknown reason it crashes when either pausing or recording box will just crash and reboot, i spoke to WOS who asked me to install openmips stock image, with openmips box works fine no issues at all when pausing and recording WOS tried to fob me off as saying my hard drive may be corrupt to which it cant be as openmips works perfectly fine box still under warranty im at a loss tho tried a few versions of VIX but they all do the same and make the giga crash any suggestions peeps.....

I had a few scrolling issues on a duo 2 with a few of latest vix images recently but they're fixed now. When was last image that worked ok and do you put old settings on to a newly flashed image as sometimes if they've corrupted you will get problems. If it's at their end it'll probably get sorted soon. You can always use different image.

Tried a few versions of cix all do the same just crashes the box
Tried with restore settings and with out restore settings format hard drive many times still the same out come box crashes Vix cause it to crash WOS don't agree they said to send it back but they will charge as they will try another hard drive in it I have tried various Vix images and 2 hard drive so must be VIx problem which WOS won't admit as they are there sponsor bad for busines if they admit VIx is the culprit

I've had no end of hassle with Openvix and my Gigablue! Crashing, not recording, playback, not shutting down the list goes on! Ended up using Hades 004 build and touch wood it's been pretty much rock solid.

OpenRSI is in my humble opinion is excellent. The only bug I encountered was shutting down, didn't like doing that?
