Work on offshore platform with several Sky boxes each with their own subscription, problem is sky sports 1,2,3 on 401 etc are showing we need to upgrade our subscription, however I found that the channels have moved respectively to 751,2,3 on all the boxes, with no problems with the picture, also in a related problem, seem to have lost all the sky box office channels.
Whilst this wouldnt be so much of a problem, the sky+ will not record the 751 channels, only the original 401 which just shows the blue subscription screen.
This is the same on every box, none are connected to a phone line and all get their signal from the one satellite via a splitter amplifier
Do I need to do a full rescan of channels and if so how do i do this please.
Any ideas greatly appreciated
