    need help

    can anyone help? on this site , i'm sure they can.
    i'm after a sky box that can receive without subscription, i've read
    the reports but i'm not sure which to buy. i would rather listen to
    everyones reccomendations than advertising clap trap.

          get yourself a technomate 6800 it gets all free channels and

            yeah I agree I"ve got one and its great, as its not linux its really easy to use and if you shop around the standard TM6800HD can be found at a reasonable price as they have been superceded by the super model.you can also record straight on to a usb stick and get good results.

              the technomate is also capable of c/s without all trouble of
              linux but as far as i know cant be used as a server this is
              the super plus best regards jovie
