zgemma bricked possibly?

Happy Zgemma user
As a result of a discussion with my "provider" he advised me to restore to factory settings and go back to another build that was working prior to upgrade.

I backed up image etc and restored factory settings. Now box is stuck on Open ATV / Blue screen of death loop. It doesnt seem to take a reflash from USB either.

Am I missing a step or is my box RIP?

Hi Martin tried all that but no flsh appearing on the front. When I try to flash the box it goes up to 99% and then recycles and populates the USB with timeshift etc.

I fear the worst!!

Have you tried a different usb stick ie: kingston, etc

Just trying another stick as we speak. Ive used all manner of USB sticks before without issue so Ill let you know outcome
