    technomate , dreambox , protek

    hi all
i need some advice firstly if anyone can help
i have a starview usb box and been told soon these will be no good to use at all other than a freeview box. So i thought i could do with a change i.e dreamview etc etc been told with a dream view you need a motorised dish the reciever and internet router do these work when files have been added via a null cable then are they up and running or do you have to pay each month for the use of the server i.e card sharing I also been told that with the protek reciever all you need is the motorised dish reciever null cable for files and the internet router and thats it no monies to pay. Idealy i would like a system that is similair to the starview box where you add files on and watch away just need some advice from you guys out there in which is the best way to go and what size dish i would need for the right reciever box
thanks for your time in reading this and any replies would be great
