Eutelsat 36?E in UK

Is it real? I am not an expert and I do not understand what those beams mean but when I select 'Eurasia' beam on satbeams it cover UK and if I point on London it says 70cm dish should work. Is it true if not is it even possible to watch NTV Plus channels in UK and what kind of dish I'll need? Thanks.

EDIT: or there are not NTV Plus channels on Eurasian beam and they are only available on Russian beam?

The NTV package of channels are all on the Russian Beam from 36? east so highly unlikely if even possible to actually receive this beam in the UK
