problems loading maxx software

morning all
im having problems loading the latest software onto a maxx1000
usally i just enter the bin file details on the box and download ,but i can no longer find the details to enter into the box any help with this please

so ive downloaded maxx loader and latest software and tried to load via rs232 cable ,problem is my laptop doesnt have a port so bought a usb to serial , now laptop says com port 1 error every time i load it up any ideas please

is your usb to serial in com port 1????

look in control panel, system, hardware, comports.

Could be its using a different port!!
