how do i get freeview channels on sky

i seem to have lost signal on my box but all seems ok cant get channel 5 or sky 3 it says no satalite signal is being recieved . please can anyone help cheers mez

you've either got an old blue card or no card in your box correct?
s*y are in the process of turning certain channels of in certain areas unless you have the new white card.
if you've had your set up for a couple of years they'll send a card out FOC(check there website) but if you've installed it yourself or had it longer it'll cost you ?20 for a new card.
You may be able to get ch5 back by setting up through other channels but i'm not 100% whether this still works.
